Your ASO team is not slow.
They have no time left.
ASO Copilot writes your app store listings from real store search data, in every language. Your specialists check them and approve. Then ASO Copilot uploads them to the store.
Every launch and every update means writing them all again, for each language and for both stores. That work takes up all of your specialists' time — here’s what changes for your team:
What your portfolio costs your ASO team in a year
Set the sliders to your numbersChange cost assumptions
24 apps×12 languages×2 stores=576 listings a year(48 a month)
27% of their working year
54 days back for each specialist, about 2.9 months
2.5 hours of your specialist's time, at the day rate above
$6 of review time plus $13 subscription. 69% cheaper, saving $24,931 a year.
How this is calculated
One listing means one language on one store. By hand it takes about 30 minutes for a small market, and up to a full day for a big one. 2.5 hours is the typical case. That covers research and writing: by hand, uploading the finished listing to the store comes on top of it, and with ASO Copilot it is a click. With ASO Copilot the writing takes 15 minutes. These times were measured with working ASO specialists. A working year here is 220 days, after weekends, public holidays and vacation. Cost per listing is your specialist's time at the day rate above plus the ASO Copilot subscription, so the subscription sits inside the figure rather than on top of it. It is counted at the Business plan price of $12.97 per listing, and bigger volumes cost less. The day-rate slider stops at $1,400. That is 40% more than one day of the highest-paid ASO roles in the United States, salary and all other costs included.
How it works
The same steps an ASO manager takes. Same quality, 15 minutes instead of 2.5 hours.Every listing follows the same ASO discipline
The same checks an ASO manager makes, on every listingThe same checks run on listing number 1 and on listing number 500. People get tired over hundreds of listings. These checks do not.
- Real search data. Keywords come from paid data, not from guesses or from an AI
- Your rankings are kept. Keywords the app already ranks for are saved before a rewrite
- No keyword paid for twice. The App Store links some markets, so a word covered in one is not repeated
- Every language read correctly. Word endings, and languages written without spaces like Chinese and Japanese
- The right category on Google Play. The description is checked against Google's own classifier and corrected
- Store rules followed. Character limits respected, and no field padded with repeated keywords
Why not just use a general AI for this? It writes from a prompt. It does not know what people really type into the App Store. It does not know which keywords your app already ranks for. And it cannot check its own work against the store rules. It writes text. ASO Copilot writes a listing built to be found.
